Eligibility
- Mystery Gift Boxes are available only with qualifying purchases made directly from Tangle Joy.
- Each order must meet the minimum spend threshold in a single transaction (before taxes and shipping). Multiple smaller orders cannot be combined to qualify.

One-Time Reward
- Each order is eligible for one Mystery Gift Box only, regardless of the total order value exceeding multiple tiers.
- Customers may not split orders or attempt to qualify multiple times for the same promotion.

Returns & Refunds
- If a qualifying order is fully or partially returned, the Mystery Gift Box (or its full retail value) must also be returned.
- Refunds will not be processed unless the complimentary gift(s) are returned in their original, unopened condition.

Gift Box Contents
- Mystery Gift Box items are provided free of charge and cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.
- Styles, colors, and selections of wigs, nail sets, replacement eyes, and lingerie are randomly assigned and subject to availability.

Exclusions
- Mystery Gift Box items do not carry warranties and are not eligible for after-sales service.
- This promotion applies only to physical products sold at full price. Gift cards, discounted items, and shipping fees are excluded from the spend threshold.
